With signing up for this retreat you agree to pay 100% of the amount immediately to secure your spot. This amount is non-refundable.

Withdrawal from the contract or cancellation requires the consent of Laghavam.

If you cancel until 26th Dec 2024, you will only be charged a processing fee of 10% of the total price. No refunds can be made after December 26th, 2024. But we all know that life happens and in case you need to drop out and find someone to take over your spot, you will only be charged a fee of 50.- Euros.

During the retreat and at the accommodation, you are responsible and liable for your own acts. For example, this means: you are responsible for leaving the accommodation (and related personal property) or common areas in the condition it was in when you arrived, you are responsible for paying all reasonable damage claim amounts, and you must act with integrity, treat others with respect, and comply with applicable laws at all times.
