The private 90 minute 1-1 session is YOUR time and you decide what to do with it.
The session is tailored to your needs and goals. We can focus on a certain pose and break it down, we can practice a flow, we can dive into the world of pranayama (breathing techniques) or we can design a class for you that you can then practice by yourself - everything is in your control. You receive my undivided attention, adjustments (if you like!) and feedback to help you progress. Sounds like the right thing?
